"I bet we could," she says, tousling her fingers into his hair and tugging his head back so that he's looking up at her. "Stay right there, okay?"

She slinks away through the club and it's a minute or two before she comes back, dressed in street clothes. The first thing she does is lean down and kiss him, hard.

"I'm going to need you to find a wall to fuck me up against before we go to dinner," she says, her mouth close to his ear. "Okay?"
